Sunday Ticket Now Speaks British and Mexican
The Sunday Ticket board now has a United Kingdom and a Mexico view alongside the US, Canada and Australia — kickoffs in London and Mexico City clocks, and every game badged with the channel that actually carries it there: Sky Sports, Channel 5, FOX México, ESPN México, TUDN and NFL Game Pass, marks and all.
The Full Story
One of our owners watches from Great Britain, where 1:00 PM ET is a 6:00 PM kick and CBS does not exist. Until now the Sunday Ticket board told him a game was on FOX at 10:00 AM Pacific, which is true of nobody in his living room.
So the country strip has grown two chips. Pick United Kingdom and every kickoff reads in one London clock — 6:00 PM BST for the early window, 9:25 PM for the late one — and every box wears the Sky Sports mark, because Sky carries the lot over there, RedZone included. The window header swaps YouTube TV for NFL Game Pass on DAZN. Pick Mexico and the slate splits the way it actually splits: FOX México has the Sunday and Thursday package, ESPN México the Sunday and Monday night games, TUDN / ViX the free ones, Game Pass everything else — with two clocks, Mexico City and Tijuana.
There is one thing a network map can never say: which of Sunday's games the free channel picks up is that channel's call, not the American network's. So the board now says it in words, under the country chips — Channel 5's two free Sunday games in the UK, ViX and Canal 5's in Mexico, and 7mate's in Australia, which had been sitting in the config unsaid since the board shipped. Typing UK instead of GB lands you in the right place too; it used to quietly send you back to the American board.
