The Front Door Got a Facelift

The landing page at MFL.football finally looks like it belongs to two proud leagues instead of a parked domain β€” full-color league banners, real logos, and a combined What's New feed from both sides of the house.

The Full Story

For years, the very first page of MFL.football greeted visitors with all the ceremony of a hotel hallway: two beige cards, a league ID number (riveting), and a font that said "this site was configured, not designed." It technically worked, the same way a folding chair technically counts as furniture.

The new front door gives each league the entrance it deserves. The League gets a deep-blue banner, AFL gets its red-to-navy fade, and both wear their actual logos β€” big, white, and unmistakable β€” with the vitals (teams, conferences, draft rounds) right where you can see them. Below the banners, a combined What's New feed pulls the latest six stories from both leagues into one place, each tagged with its league colors so you always know whose news you're reading. And when the site-wide dark mode arrives, this page is already dressed for it.

Pick your league and walk in. Or linger on the landing page and read the other league's news first β€” a little light espionage never hurt anyone.
